Sheriff Victor Hill Orders Orlando Clark (AKA Fat) Placed #2 On The Top Ten Most Wanted For Murder 
On May 29, 2017 in Jonesboro, Orlando Clark got into an altercation with Kevin Bernard White. Clark walked away and then turned around with a gun and shot White in the abdomen.
White pulled out a hand gun and the two exchanged gunfire. White later died after being transported to the hospital.
