•Tropical Storm Warning includes Chambers, Galveston, Harris and Liberty Counties, Galveston Bay and adjacent coastal waters
•Expected impacts: locally heavy rain mainly east of track
•System currently with max winds 45 mph, may intensify just slightly to 50 mph before landfall
•Buoys/aircraft now show a belt of stronger winds on NW side of center in addition to stronger winds on E side
