06/14/2017 @ 9:35 pm.  A male transient used an unlocked front door to gain access and began to stack property near the front door.  The victim was home and he confronted the suspect near the front door.  A struggle ensued and the suspect fled the area on foot.  Responding deputies located and arrested the suspect.  No loss.  #03157
