INCIDENT: Undercover Prostitution Operation

LOCATION: 7th Street, near Tatum Drive


SUMMARY: On June 16, 2017, deputies from the Victorville Police Department conducted an undercover operation, aimed at identifying prostitutes and those soliciting prostitutes and charging them with those crimes.

Deputies concentrated their efforts in the area of 7th Street and Tatum Drive. During the eight-hour operation deputies worked undercover as “Johns” and prostitutes, making the following arrests:

John Muessel, 30-year old Texas resident
Lucio Carachure, 33-year old Victorville resident
Charles Swain, 46-year old Victorville resident
Gustavo Hernandez, 33-year old Hesperia resident
Vannak Taing, 32-year old Adelanto resident
Julio Bautista-Cruz, 24-year old Hesperia resident
Laurence Gordon, 20-year old Apple Valley resident
Efrain Cruz Bautista, 28-year old Victorville resident
Justin Smith, 35-year old Apple Valley resident
Daniel Vasquez, 31-year old Victorville Resident
Cynthia Romo, 50-year old Victorville resident
Jeffery Mann, 58-year old Hesperia resident
Natalie Aiello, 58-year old Victorville resident
Kristina Deal, 39-year old Victorville resident
Tina Kelly, 38-year old Victorville resident
Moises Vega, 21-year old Anaheim resident
Veronica Brown, 48-year old Victorville resident
Aneesah Price, 36-year old Hesperia resident

*Jose Ramirez, 53-year old Victorville resident, was arrested for possession of a loaded firearm.
