4th Offense OWI Arrest 
On 06-19-17 at 10:29 p.m. Janesville Police Officers responded to a hit and run accident at the intersection of Racine St./Park St. The suspect hit and run vehicle was located moments later parked in the 400 block of Wilson Ave. The driver of the vehicle was still in the driver’s seat.
The driver, identified as Ladell Ty Herron, showed signs of intoxication. Herron refused to submit to field sobriety tests. Herron was found to have 3 prior OWI convictions. Based on the investigation, Herron was arrested for 4th Offense OWI. Herron was held at the Rock County Jail for a probation violation and the OWI charge.
No injuries were suffered as a result of the accident and both vehicles had minor damage.
