* LOCATIONS AFFECTED - YSCHLOSKY - HOPEDALE - REGGIO

* WIND - LATEST LOCAL FORECAST: BELOW TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND - PEAK WIND FORECAST: 20-30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 40 MPH - CURRENT THREAT TO LIFE AND PROPERTY: ELEVATED - EMERGENCY PLANNING SHOULD INCLUDE A REASONABLE THREAT FOR TROPICAL STORM FORCE WIND OF 39 TO 57 MPH. - TO BE SAFE, PREPARE FOR THE POTENTIAL OF LIMITED WIND IMPACTS. EFFORTS SHOULD NOW BE UNDERWAY TO SECURE ALL PROPERTIES. - HAZARDOUS WIND IS POSSIBLE. HEAVY SURF ALSO BREACHING DUNES, MAINLY IN USUALLY VULNERABLE LOCATIONS. STRONG RIP CURRENTS. - MINOR TO LOCALLY MODERATE DAMAGE TO MARINAS, DOCKS, BOARDWALKS, AND PIERS. A FEW SMALL CRAFT BROKEN AWAY FROM MOORINGS.
