* Flood Warning for... East central Allegany County in western Maryland... Northwestern Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia... Northeastern Hampshire County in eastern West Virginia...
* Until 1115 PM EDT
* At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. 2 inches of rain have already fallen across the area, with heavy rain still continuing.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Paw Paw, Great Cacapon, Green Spring, Little Orleans, Points, Lineburg, Levels, Fishers Bridge, Green Ridge, Rock Gap and Magnolia.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEGANY

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
