Due to the Old Canal Days festival, various roads will be impacted over the course of the weekend.  See below for specifics:

•  Routes 7 (between Madison and Canal) & 171 (between Thornton and Division) will be closed tonight (6-16-17) starting at 5:30 PM for the parade.  They will reopen around 8:00 PM
• State St between 6th and 9th will be closed starting at 3:00 AM on 6-17-17 and will not repoen until 3:00 AM on 6-19-17.
• Hamilton between 7th and 10th is already closed.
• 10th between Hamilton and Commerce St is already closed.
• 8th between State and Washington will be closed beginning this afternoon.
• Parking will be heavily restricted around the festival grounds all weekend and in the area between State and Madison and Thornton and 4th during the hours leading up to the parade.

We are anticipating that the weather is going to be HOT all weekend.  Please make sure to stay well hydrated if you are going to be outside. 

Pets are welcome in the festival grounds if they are friendly and on a leash with the exception of the carnival grounds and the beer garden area after 5:00 PM.  Make sure to bring your pet water and to keep them off of the hot asphalt for any extended period of time.
