MISSING PERSON: 82-year-old at-risk female last seen leaving Palo Alto Medical Foundation around 1pm today 
Los Altos Police are seeking tips from the public to locate Rosemary Farley, age 82, who walked away from the Palo Alto Medical Foundation on Distel Circle, near El Camino Real, at approximately 1:00PM this afternoon.
We are considering Mrs. Farley At-Risk as she suffers from memory loss and may be disoriented. She is caucasian, 5’3”, weighs 125 pounds, has short blonde hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black shirt, black pants and running shoes.
