Police Department Welcomes New Employee

Chief Ed Ormonde and a host of local dignitaries recently welcomed a gathering of family and friends who came to the department to witness the swearing in ceremony for Reserve Police Officer Justin Qualle. Officer Qualle grew up in Ripon and attended local schools.

Police Department spokesperson, Lt. Steve Merchant said officer Qualles’ knowledge of our community will be a valuable asset to the department and to the city.
