Upland PD seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person:
Joyce Ann Harris is a 72 year-old black female who suffers from dementia. She is 5'1",110 pounds, orange hair and brown eyes. It's unknown what she was wearing or where she was going when she left her Upland residence this morning at 6:30 am.
She was driving a 2004, gray, Cadillac, CTS License#: 5ENB668.
