Norton Shores Police Department is once again offering a Women's Self Defense Program. The program, called RAD: Rape Aggression Defense, provides realistic self defense tactics and techniques. The program goes over awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance.
This FREE two day class offers classroom discussion and followed by basic hands-on defense training.
The classes are being held on Monday, June 19, 6 pm-9 pm, and on Saturday, June 24, from 8 am - 4 pm.
