SFPD invites you to come out to see us run in the Special Olympics Torch Run June 7th @ 9:20am. Best place to view is in San Fernando Mall

This is a reminder tomorrow, Wednesday, June 7th, The San Fernando Police Department personnel, our City Manager and other city personnel, along with LA School Police and DMV Investigators, will be running the Special Olympics Torch through the south end of our beautiful City. We will begin at approximately 9:20am in front of O’Melveny Street Elementary School and from there run north on Brand Blvd from Mott Street passing San Fernando Middle School. We will then run pass the courthouse, City Hall, our Police Station and make our way to San Fernando Mall, entering from San Fernando Mission Blvd. We will run on San Fernando Road from San Fernando Mission Blvd. to Rydell at 700 San Fernando Road, where we will pass off the Torch with the Flame of Hope to LAPD Foothill Division runners.

We hope to see many of you out there as our officers, city personnel, LA School Police Officers and DMV Investigators, run the Torch through our great City. It is because of the partnership we share with you and the relationship we have that makes this City great and we are proud to be representing the City in the Law Enforcement Torch Run again this year.
