The National Weather Service in BLACKSBURG has issued a

Western Greenbrier County in southeastern West Virginia...
Summers County in southeastern West Virginia...
* Until 745 PM EDT
* At 146 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Another inch to an inch and a half is possible
into this evening. Runoff from today's rain will keep creeks and
stream elevated tonight.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hinton...
Rainelle...
Rupert...
Quinwood...
and Pipestem.
