Although the primary threat on this event is expected to be along and south of I-70, there exists the possibility of development further north. The most damaging impact will be from strong winds and hail. Winds reaching as high as 80mph are possible and in rare locations hail above golf ball size is expected. As you enjoy the weekend, please be aware of this potential for severe weather and plan accordingly.
