Oakland PD is assisting Oakland Fire Department respond to a collapsed building in the 300 block of Hawthorne Avenue. The building was under construction at the time of the collapse.
At this time all individuals are accounted for and have been transported to a local hospital; no fatalities.
Expect traffic delays.
