* At 1207 PM EDT, emergency management reported low lying and minor
flooding in eastern Greenbrier County. Poor drainage areas will
have minor flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous after the heavy rains we have had. Do not
attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
