City of Albany Memorial Day Parade – Parking Prohibitions and Road Closures 
The Albany Memorial Day Parade will begin at 10am on Central Avenue between Partridge Street and the NYS Education Building. This event is hosted by the Tri-county Council of Vietnam Era Veterans.
Parking Restrictions:
May 29, 2017 7AM-12PM (Noon)
>Washington Avenue, both sides between S. Swan Street and N. Hawk Street
Road Closures
May 29, 2016 8AM-12PM (Noon)
>Central Avenue between manning Boulevard and Washington Avenue
> Washington Avenue between Central Avenue and Eagle Street
> All intersecting roadways to and from the above streets will be closed and cross traffic diverted around the parade route
