Details: On May 17, 2017, at 7:00 PM, Corcoran Officers responded to the 2300 block of Bell Avenue in response to a burglar alarm that had been activated. Upon officers arrival a suspect in all black clothing was seen running out of a door of the residence. The suspect fled to the backyard of the residence and began jumping backyard fences. Neighbors in the area began calling 911 and were updating officers on the location of the suspect. The officers were able to contain the suspect into the backyard of a residence located in the 2300 block of Lorina Avenue, where he was taken into custody. An estimated $9,000 in property was recovered. Esau Taylor was arrested and later booked into the Kings County Jail on charges of burglary, possession of stolen property,resisting arrest and a parole violation. Taylor was held without bail.
