...DANGEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS TO CONTINUE INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS DUE TO STRONG SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS... ...DANGEROUS DUSTLOWERING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE IN SOME AREAS... .Blowing dust from the strong winds were lowering visibilities to less than one quarter mile in some areas. This will continue to producing danagerous driving conditions through the overnight hours, especially on east-west roads. The very windy conditions wind continue overnight, slowly dropping overnight. However with darkness and the large amount of dust in the air, visibilities will remain extremely dangerous. ...WIND ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM CDT THURSDAY...

* TIMING...Advisory extended into the overnight hours until 4 am Thursday.

* WINDS...Southerly winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to near 45 mph at times.

* IMPACTS...Extremely danagerous will continue through the overnight hours, due to the strong winds blowing dust and lowering visibilities to less than one quarter mile. Numerous car accidents have been reported. Numerous roads or highways have been closed, mainly east-west roads. Loose, lightweight objects may be blown around. Minor tree or property damage is possible. Driving may be difficult especially in high profile vehicles and on east- west roads.
