Evansville Police continue to search for missing adult Ronald Biggs, 60. Biggs was reported missing in March by a family member. Ronald Biggs is a white male approximately 6'3 180 lbs with balding hair and blue eyes. Biggs was known to frequent homeless shelters, but has not been seen since February.
