***MISSING PERSON HAS BEEN LOCATED & IS SAFE **San Rafael Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing person: Jane Butler, blonde shoulder length hair with blue eyes, 5'6"/115. Subject was last seen in the afternoon of May 13th leaving the dock near 101 Surf Sports to go paddle-boarding and she never returned home. Ms. Butler was last seen possibly wearing black leggings and a red life vest associated with a white 12 foot paddle board with blue stripes.
