On May 11, 2017, at 7:34 p.m. Deputy Daniel Greer went to the 6000 block of East 150 South near Francisco, Indiana to investigate a theft of some medication. During his investigation Deputy Greer spoke with witnesses and questioned 22 year old Corey Risley of Princeton, Indiana about the missing medication. At the end of Deputy Greer’s investigation Mr. Risley was taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Burglary and Theft. Mr. Risley remains in custody without bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
