Police activity in Location/Area. Avoid area. 
On Thursday, May 11, 2017, at 4:57 AM, Rialto police officers responded to the 300 Block W. Winchester Ave., regarding reports of a shooting victim at the location. Upon arrival, officers found a male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head inside the driver’s seat of a vehicle at the location. Rialto paramedics were summoned to the location, however the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The Rialto Police Detective Unit was notified and responded to the scene. Through the investigation, it was determined two black males shot the victim while he was in his vehicle, and fled the scene.
