...The National Weather Service in Sterling Va has issued a flood warning for the following rivers in Virginia...West Virginia... Shenandoah River at Millville affecting Clarke...Warren and Jefferson Counties ...due to recent heavy rainfall the Shenandoah River at Millville is experiencing a rapid rise and is expected to go above flood stage tonight... The National Weather Service in Sterling Va has issued a

* Flood Warning for The Shenandoah River at Millville.

* From this evening until Sunday afternoon.

* At 4 PM Saturday the stage was 7.9 feet and rising.

* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this evening and crest near 10.6 feet by late this evening. The river will fall below flood stage by tomorrow morning.

* Impact...At 11.0 feet...A small portion of Wilt Road (County Road 9/8) begins to flood.
