* Until 800 PM EDT
* At 428 PM EDT, reporting gauges and emergency management continued to report elevated water levels on Back Creek, Tuscarora Creek, and other small streams in the two counties. Local law enforcement continued to report several road closures within Berkely County including Henshaw Road along Mill Creek.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Inwood, Berkeley, Falling Waters, Hedgesville, Tomahawk, Glengary, Johnsontown, Shanghai, Gerrardstown, Gainesboro, Vanville, Bunker Hill, Cross Junction, Arden, Jones Springs, Gore and Martinsburg Airport.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY
