* At 1206 PM EDT, reporting gauges and emergency management report rising water levels on Back Creek, Tuscarora Creek, and other small streams in the two counties. Mill Creek is above flood stage, which may cause flooding of Henshaw Road underneath Interstate 81 near Inwood.
* Some locations that may experience flooding include... Martinsburg, Inwood, Berkeley, Falling Waters, Hedgesville, Tomahawk, Glengary, Johnsontown, Shanghai, Gerrardstown, Gainesboro, Vanville, Bunker Hill, Cross Junction, Arden, Jones Springs, Gore and Martinsburg Airport.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY
