* Until 230 PM EDT.
* At 1115 AM EDT, radar indicated an area of persistent rain across
the advisory area. This has produced up to an inch of rain since
930 AM and may produce another inch before the rain diminishes
during the early afternoon.
* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition, farmland near creeks,
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Madison, Fountain City, West College Corner, Darrtown, Salem, Reily,
