...Widespread light to moderate rainfall through Friday... ...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING... The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Flood Watch for a portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas, Lenawee, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, St. Clair, Washtenaw, and Wayne.

* Through Friday evening

* Widespread rain will continue across the region through Friday. Rainfall will be moderate in intensity at times. Rainfall amounts between 1 and 3 inches are expected, with the potential for amounts to exceed 3 inches in some localized areas.

* Urban, low lying and poor drainage areas prone to flooding will be most susceptible. Rises on area rivers, streams and creaks are expected, with the potential for minor flooding to occur.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LENAWEE ... MACOMB ... MONROE ... OAKLAND ... ST. CLAIR ... WASHTENAW ... WAYNE
