...A Wind Advisory is in effect from mid-morning through late afternoon over eastern Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel, portions of west Tennessee and northwest Mississippi... .Windy conditions will prevail over portions of the Midsouth today, as the region is situated between a deep low pressure system moving through the upper Midwest and high pressure along the Gulf coast. ...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 5 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON... The National Weather Service in Memphis has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 10 AM this morning to 5 PM CDT this afternoon.

* WINDS...20 to 30 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* TIMING...Middle morning through late afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Loose outdoor items will be vulnerable in the wind. Driving may become hazardous...especially for high profile vehicles on west to east roadways.
