* At 105 PM CDT...Doppler Radar estimates 1 to 3 inches of rain has occurred over the past 3 hours. Showers and thunderstorms will produce an additional 1 to 3 inches of rain over the next hour.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dyersburg, Union City, Fulton, Reelfoot Lake State Park, Tiptonville, Newbern, South Fulton, Ridgely, Troy, Kenton, Obion, Clayton, Cloverdale, Bradleytown, Heloise, Miston, Cottonwood Grove, Trimble, Hornbeak and Woodland Mills.
