*Update* #LASD - Homicide Detectives Investigating Shooting Death of a Man, 14400blk Dinard Av, Norwalk

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide Bureau detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a man. The incident occurred Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at approximately 5:30 p.m., on the 14400 block of Dinard Avenue, Norwalk.

Detectives have learned that the victim was shot and killed while walking down the street going door to door soliciting to paint addresses on the curb-lines.

The victim, a male White 50 years-old, was struck by gunfire several times in the upper torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no suspect information, nor a motive for the shooting.

The investigation is still ongoing.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau detectives are responding to the 14400 block of Dinard Av, Norwalk to investigate the shooting death of a male adult.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

There is no additional information available at this time.
