Heavy rainfall through Thursday may result in ponding in urban areas, roadways and locations with poor drainage is possible

Hazardous Weather Outlook
An offshore low is bringing rainy and windy conditions to New Jersey today. A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect from 6 PM to midnight tonight for coastal areas of the state. Rainfall totals through Thursday may range from 1” to 2” with greater amounts possible locally. A Gale Warning is posted through 6 PM tonight for coastal waters. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect through tonight.
Impacts to New Jersey
Heavy rainfall through Thursday may result in ponding in urban areas, roadways and locations with poor drainage. Minor flooding is possible in coastal and tidal locations around times of high tide tonight, including back bays and the lower Delaware Bay. Dense fog may occur tonight, especially near the coast. Monitor local forecasts for updates to local rainfall and flood conditions.
