4/11 – 2:05 p.m. – Police responded to South Illinois & White Street, for a two-vehicle traffic crash. A vehicle failed to reduce speed, and struck the rear of a vehicle which was stopped in traffic on South Illinois. Megan E. Lyles, 18 of Millstadt, was cited for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was also transported to a local hospital, via Millstadt EMS, for an evaluation.
