PRESS RELEASE: Man exposes himself - We are seeking public assistance for leads
DETAILS:
The Los Altos Police Department is seeking the assistance of the public in identifying an indecent exposure suspect.
Incident #1:
On April 21, 2017 at approximately 3:40 PM an indecent exposure occurred in the area of S. Gordon Way and Hawthorne Avenue in Los Altos. The unidentified suspect was driving a vehicle when he approached the victim who was riding a bicycle. The suspect pulled up next to the victim and made verbal contact. The suspect exposed himself during his contact with the victim. The victim turned away and rode home. The suspect is unknown and is still at large.
Incident #2:
On April 21, 2017 at approximately 4:16 PM a suspicious circumstance occurred in front of a residence located in the 400 block of Valencia Drive in Los Altos. In this case, the unidentified suspect approached two victims who were walking on Valencia Drive. The suspect pulled up next to the victims and made verbal contact. The actions of the suspect caused the victims to be frightened. The victims turned away and ran home. The suspect is unknown and is still at large.
Suspect Description: White male adult, approximately 18 to 20 years old, long wavy blond / red hair pulled back in a ponytail, light complexion, last seen wearing a black beanie and dark clothing.
Suspect Vehicle: Gold / Beige older model sedan (unknown make or model)
The Los Altos Police Department is asking that the public contact the Investigative Services Division or the Police Tip-Line with any information regarding this case.
