UPDATE: Missing Person Mark Hoover found deceased 
On April 20, 2017, at 12:56pm, the Madison Police Department was notified of a body that was in the water of Lake Mendota near Marshall Park. Based on the preliminary investigation it is believed the body which was located was of Mark Hoover who has been missing from the City of Middleton since April 7th.

Middleton Police are looking for 74-year old Mark Hoover, who left his residence in the overnight hours of 04/07/17. He is described as 5'11" 180 pounds with gray hair & green eyes. He is driving a gray Dodge Durango with Wisconsin license plate 115SWZ. We do not know where Mr. Hoover may be headed, but he likes to frequent Starbucks coffee shops.
