Commercial Burglary – 31000 block of Castaic Road
The business owner caught a female suspect entering an adjacent room, taking items that were not hers, and leaving the location.  

4/4/17
Assault - 31000 block of Castaic Road    
Two known associates got into a physical altercation over a mutual female acquaintance. Several hours later, one party returned with a group of friends and assaulted the other.  During the assault the victim was struck with a baseball bat.      

Remember to never leave valuables in plain view in your vehicle, close and lock your doors.  Minimize your risk and avoid being the victim of a crime of opportunity.  If you see any suspicious activity, or have information related to a crime, please call the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station at (661) 255-1121 or 9-1-1 in an emergency.
