A man is arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after he stabbed a victim with a screwdriver multiple times

INCIDENT: PC245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon
LOCATION: 6000 block of Shaniko Trail, Big River
SUSPECT: Stefaniann Keller, 33 years old, Earp, Ca.
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, April 9, 2017 deputies from the Parker Dam area were dispatched to 6900 block of Shaniko Trail in Big River in response to a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, deputies conducted an investigation and determined Stephanianne Keller and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation. During the argument, Keller stabbed the victim numerous times in the arm and back area with a screwdriver. The victim was treated for minor injuries only.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail for PC245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon with bail set at $50,000.00.
