A victim reported that on 4-12-17 at approximately 7pm she was inappropriately touched by a man in the vicinity of Moore St.and Spruce St. 
A victim reported that on 4-12-17 at approximately 7pm she was inappropriately touched by a man in the vicinity of Moore St. and Spruce St. After groping the vicitm from behind the suspect fled from the scene on Spruce Street. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5'8" tall, with brown hair, brown eyes and a stocky build.
