INCIDENT: Possession of a controlled substance for sales, Conspiracy, Child Endangerment, Committing a felony while out on a felony.
LOCATION: 2000 block Flora Vista Needles, Ca.
SUSPECT(S): Tory Gonzales, 36 years old, of Needles, Ca., Tina Ihde, 49 years old, of Needles, Ca. and Roxanne Marshall, 23 years old, of Needles, Ca.

SUMMARY: On April 12, 2017, at 10:25 a.m. deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department/Needles Police Department served a search warrant in the 2000 block of Flora Vista in Needles, Ca. During the search, deputies located approximately 25 grams of a controlled substance and several items consistent with drug sales inside the residence. A juvenile was located inside the residence during the time that narcotic activities were taking place.

Tory Gonzales, Roxanne Marshall, and Tina Ihde were arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station /Needles Police Department, where they were booked on several charges. Tory Gonzales was booked in for possession of a controlled substance for sales, conspiracy, and committing a felony while released for a prior felony. Tina Ihde was booked in for possession of a controlled substance for sales, child endangerment, and conspiracy. Roxanne Marshall was booked in for possession of a controlled substance for sales and conspiracy. Gonzales and Ihde's bail was set $100,000, and Marshall's bail was set $50,000.
