Detectives identify and arrest the suspect responsible for the Attempt Murder of a Victorville man

SUSPECT: Alex Emilio Rivera, 26-year-old Victorville resident
VICTIM: Male Adult
UPDATE - April 12, 2017:
On April 12, 2017, at approximately 11:50 a.m., detectives and deputies from the Victorville Police Department located and arrested Alex Emilio Rivera, who was identified as the suspect in the attempted murder of a Victorville man on April 11, 2017. Rivera will be booked at High Desert Detention Center for attempted murder.

SUMMARY:
On April 11, 2017, deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded to the 12100 block of Pluto Drive for a man reported to have been shot.
Deputies arriving on scene found an adult male lying in front of a residence, suffering from gunshot wounds. The man was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and subsequently flown to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for treatment.
No arrests have been made and there is no suspect information available at this time. The investigation is ongoing and additional information will be given as it becomes available.
