Citizen Response to Active Shooter is Tomorrow 
A reminder that tomorrow , April 12, at 7PM New Castle Police will be presenting the Citizen Response to Active Shooter training at Town Hall. This training will provide New Castle residents with information to help them be better prepared should they be involved in an active shooter incident. The presentation is free and open to New Castle residents 16 years of age or older.
