Shoplifting
Investigators with the Jackson Police Department are investigating the theft of merchandise from Highland Express, 2325 North Highland Avenue. The Jackson Police Department needs the public's assistance in identifying this person of interest.
On March 26th, surveillance video captures a medium build, black male with a short hair cut entering Highland Express, selecting a case of beer and exiting without paying. This subject was wearing blue jeans, a gray shirt, a black jacket, and a black hat. This subject was last observed traveling South on North Highland in a tan four door Toyota.
