...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING... ...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING... The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* TEMPERATURES...In the low 30s late tonight.

* TIMING...Strongest winds are expected this afternoon and early evening. Freezing temperatures late tonight.

* WINDS...West to northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts around 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are possible. Freezing temperatures may kill sensitive vegetation.

* AFFECTED AREAS: BERKELEY ... JEFFERSON ... MORGAN

Instructions:

A Freeze Watch means sub-freezing temperatures are possible. These conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. A Wind Advisory means that winds of 45 to 55 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
