Currently the City of Hayward is experiencing power outages and downed trees & power lines as a result of weather conditions. The traffic signals are out at a few major intersections. The Hayward Police Department is asking drivers to proceed with caution throughout the area. PG&E, HFD, and City work crews have been dispatched to the area.
