Join members of the Fremont Police Department in support of Special Olympics at the Tip-A-Cop® fundraiser Thursday, April 6, 2017, at Claim Jumper Restaurant.

Police officers and other representatives of the Fremont Police Department will be volunteering their time to assist restaurant staff and help raise money for Special Olympics Northern California at a Tip-A-Cop® fundraiser on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 5 pm – 9 pm, at Claim Jumper Restaurant, located at Pacific Commons.
The Fremont Police Department, along with the international law enforcement community, has had a longstanding relationship with the Special Olympics. The Law Enforcement Torch Run® is a year-round fundraising campaign, which culminates with the carrying of the Flame of HopeTM to Special Olympics competitions. Funds are raised through a variety of activities, including several Tip-A-Cop® events at various local restaurants to help support the event.
