missing mentally handicap black male Cecil JACKSON 6/0 heavy bald bro hair false left leg took RTA into CLE 4-4-17 
On the morning of April 4, 2017 Ceriece “Cecil” Jackson DOB 9-19-69 of North Olmsted walked away from his job in Westlake and took an RTA bus downtown.
He has not been heard from since.
JACKSON is 6/0 tall unk weight heavier build, bald, brown eyes, and has a prosthetic left leg.
He was possibly wearing a black shirt and pants and is a ward of the state.
He is developmentally disabled and also suffers from a mental illness; it is unknown if he has his medications with him.
He is street-savvy and has slept on the streets in the past.
He was found in East Cleveland and Northfield Park after previous similar incidents.
