On April 3rd, 2017 at 11:24 pm Morgan Hill Dispatch received a call from Calderon Tires located at 14720 Monterey Rd to investigate a possible trespassing violation. Officers arrived at the business and located a male and female sleeping in a jeep. During the investigation, Officers discovered the jeep was reported stolen out of San Jose. Suspects Adrian Rios 25 and Denise Galvanvieyra 22 were detained at the scene, both stated they were from Morgan Hill. During the investigation, Officers learned Suspect Rios had warrants for his arrest, a search of the vehicle was conducted officers located narcotics and shaved keys usually used to steal vehicles. Suspect Rios and Suspect Galvanvieyra were booked into the Santa Clara County Jail.

The Morgan Hill Police Department wants to encourage all community members to report suspicious activity, because we all play a role in keeping our city safe and secure.
