The Middle Township Police Department is investigating a Home Invasion, which occurred on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at approximately 2030hrs on Hirst Avenue in the Rio Grande section of Middle Township. The vehicle depicted on the attached flyer was used by the assailants during the commission of the incident. One subject stayed in the vehicle, while two other subjects exited the vehicle and approached the residence.  According to the victim, Evodio Rojas (age 47), there was a knock on his door and when he opened it a Hispanic male subject, who was approximately 5'6", wearing a partial mask, brandished a black hand gun and demanded money. The other subject, only described as a male, stayed on the corner of the property and worked as a look out. Rojas defended himself and attempted to fight off the Hispanic male.  When he did so the subject fled on foot and both assailants re-entered the vehicle located at the US Gas on Route 47 and fled the scene.   Anyone with information in regards to the incident or can identify the vehicle, please contact the Middle Township Police Department at 609-465-8700.
