Texas man arrested for driving without ever having received a valid license.

On April 1, 2017, at 3:50 p.m. Deputy Jennifer Loesch initiated a traffic stop on a Green 2004 Chevy Tahoe near the intersection of State Road 64 and US 41 for speeding. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Loesch identified the driver as 30 year old Ernesto Garcia of Mission Texas. During a roadside investigation Deputy Loesch ran Mr. Garcia through the Texas Bureau of Motor Vehicles and discovered that Mr. Garcia had never been issued a valid operator’s license. At the conclusion of Deputy Loesch’s investigation Mr. Garcia was placed into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail. At the Gibson County Jail Mr. Garcia was charged with Operating a Vehicle Without Ever Being Licensed. Mr. Garcia has since posted a $900 bond.

All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
